About ISLA

ISLA, the International Service Logistics Association is a network of professionals dedicated to Customer Service and Service Logistics. It was founded in November 2003, with 50 corporate members from Europe, Israel, and the United States. ISLA is based in Munich, Germany.

ISLA is the first association that focuses exclusively on Service Management and Spare Parts Logistics on an international level. The association supports scientists and industry practicioners with specific information, know-how and best practices. ISLA provides the unique opportunity of exchanging ideas and experiences between service logistics professionals of globally operative companies running spare parts and service intensive businesses.

ISLA Executive Board Members are Stephan März as Chairman (Head of Business Unit Services at BOBST), Oliver Bendig (Partner at Barkawi Management Consultants), Joe DiPietro (Vice President and General Manager, AGCO Parts Americas), Henry van der Schoot (Senior Director Customer Demand & Fulfillment, Global Service Parts Supply Chain at Philips), and Magne Svendsen (Executive Vice President, BU After Sales & Crop Care at Kverneland Group).
