Benefits of Membership

ISLA depends on the support of its members for the work it does. Any company, organization or indiividual concerned with customer service and/or service logistics is invited to join our association. As an ISLA member you will be part of an international network of aftermarket leaders and benefit directly from the following services:
  • Free members-only meetings offering the opportunity to share experience in small groups, learn from each other, and discuss current trends and issues, such as connected machines, new service moels, HR in customer service
  • Assistance in contacting peers from other industries who are dealing with the same issues in striving for operational excellence and developing the service business
  • Specific events with a main focus on special strategic or operational issues in customer service and service logistics. Always priced to break even, not for profit. In order to ensure event quality, the number of participants is often limited and members will be invited preferentially
  • Reduced attendance fees for all ISLA events such as Focus Day, ISLA Academies, the ISLA Campus, and the annual Service Leaders Summit (2-day conference)
  • Full access to information on ISLA’s website, which provides a collection of online resources, e.g. an increasing number of presentations held at the ISLA events to date
